However, the protection of privacy and personal data is a fundamental commitment of the Clube Português de felinicultura in relation to all those who interact with it in the scope of its activity.

2. Who is responsible for data processing?
Insofar as it determines the purposes and means with which it processes your personal data, within the scope of its activity, Clube Português de Felinicultura is the entity responsible for their processing within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter RGPD).

The personal data collected and processed by Clube Português de Felinicultura are limited to those strictly necessary to carry out the purposes for which they are collected, namely: identification data, contact data, billing data, navigation data on the site, as well as those that are strictly necessary for the provision of services or information requested.

Personal data can be requested, for example, when applying for affix registration or through the website, when requesting identification on the breeders' page, when proposing a member, when registering a litter, when homologating or sending the veterinary declaration when requested.
The data requested is essential otherwise it will not be possible to carry out the requests as a consequence of the lack of data.
The Clube Português de Felinicultura is not responsible for the processing of data which are supplied incorrectly or inaccurately by the data subject.
The collection and processing of personal data by Clube Português de Felinicultura is essentially aimed at the following purposes:
- MANAGING RELATIONSHIPS WITH MEMBERS AND BREEDERS: since Clube Português de Felinicultura is dedicated to the protection of the cat breeds in Portugal.

5. With whom can data be shared?
Personal data may be made available to third parties, namely tax authorities, courts, other public and/or police entities/authorities, in strict compliance with the law.
6. Data transfer to third countries?
Personal data collected by Clube Português de Felinicultura will be processed preferably within the European Union.
If there is a need to transfer data to a third country, this will be done in accordance with the terms and conditions imposed by law, in particular by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7. Rights of data subjects?
The General Regulation on Data Protection (RGPD), as well as Law no. 58/2019 of 8 August, which ensures its implementation in Portugal, grant the data subject a number of rights:
- Right of access: The right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, if so, the right to access your personal data and how they are processed.
- Right of rectification: The right to obtain from the controller the rectification of inaccurate and/or incomplete personal data concerning you.

- Right to restriction of processing: The right to obtain from the controller the restriction of processing if one of the following applies:

- (b) the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the removal of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use;
- (c) the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- (d) where he or she has opposed the processing of the data until it is established that the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
- Right to data portability: The right to receive personal data concerning you that you have provided to the controller when:
- (a) the processing is based on consent or on the performance of a contract; and
- (b) the processing is carried out by automated means.
- Right to object: The right to object at any time, to the processing of personal data concerning you, including profiling, when:
- a) where the data are processed for direct marketing purposes;
- b) the processing is based on a legitimate interest of the controller;
- c) where the processing is carried out for purposes other than those for which it was collected.
- Automated individual decisions, including profiling: The right not to be subject to any decision taken solely on the basis of automated processing, including profiling, unless the decision:
- (a) is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between the data subject and a controller;
- (b) it is based on the data subject's consent;
- (c) is permitted by law.
- Withdrawal of Consent: The right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent previously given.

The request addressed to the Clube Português de Felinicultura, must be made in writing, clearly identifying the sender and being duly justified, in order to enable the best follow-up.
After receiving the request under the terms described above, the Clue Português de Felinicultura undertakes to duly follow up on it, without undue delay. Taking into account the complexity of the request, the deadline may be variable, being the responsibility to announce the time required by the CPF.
The Clube Português de Felinicultura hereby warns that for justified reasons (such as legal obligation or execution of a contract), the request may not be fully or partially satisfied. Even so, such circumstance will always deserve a justified answer of such impediment.

The Clube Português de Felinicultura is committed to making every effort to ensure a high level of security when processing data.
